Title: Financial Controlling Manager

Direct Report: Finance & Admin Director

Level: Manager

This is how you WOW:

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes, analyzing variances and providing strategic recommendations.

• Reporting & Control: Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual closings, prepare management reports, and ensure compliance with Group accounting standards.

• Systems development and implementation, including commercial control and business support processes, ERP processes and Financial controlling.

• Internal Controls: Develop, implement, and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, provide performance analysis, and drive cost optimization initiatives.

• Audit & Compliance: Coordinate external audits and manage regulatory reporting requirements.

• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the controlling team, fostering a culture of accuracy and efficiency. 

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's/CPA preferred).

• Proven experience in financial control, business controlling , FP&A, Budget & Planning, management accounting, or a similar role.

• Expertise in SAP and data analysis tools.

• Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
