Supply Chain Assistant

A. WHAT WILL YOU DO WHILE YOU WOW:

• Control Purchase Orders (PO): quantity, SKUs, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor delivery schedules to ensure all POs are received on time.
• Handle import & export activities: prepare documentation and data entry.
• Manage logistics documents such as invoices, packing lists, and post-shipment documentation for export shipments.
• Closely coordinate with brokers/forwarders to ensure smooth customs clearance.
• Transfer import/export documents to the Finance team for payment processing and monthly sales closing.
• Prepare and follow up on required documents requested by customers such as Certificate of Origin (COO) and Certificate of Quality (COQ), ensuring timely submission.
• Warehouse management: monthly reporting and weekly stock control.
• Shipment management: monthly reporting.
• Manage logistics vendors (freight forwarders / customs brokers / transportation): invoice checking and KPI evaluation.
• Handle monthly cargo insurance payments.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

B. IT WOULD BE A WOW IF YOU BRING THIS IN:

• Knowledge of Customs procedures, including electronic customs data management and import-export declarations.
• Strong understanding of HS code classification in compliance with Customs regulations.
• Good knowledge of current Customs laws and regulations related to import-export activities, with the ability to promptly present customs-related issues to the Management.
• Careful, honest, diligent, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• 3–4 years of experience in a similar position.
• Good command of English for work purposes.
