Sales Representative - Dealer Channel
- What will you do while you wow:
- Develop and maintain relationships with industrial product dealers.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential dealers.
- Achieve sales targets through the dealer channel.
- Expand the dealer network and enhance product/service market presence.
- Evaluate and select dealers that meet the company's criteria.
- Build and maintain a database of dealers.
- Provide dealers with product/service information, sales policies, and promotional programs.
- Train and guide dealers on sales techniques, product display, and customer service.
- Address and resolve dealer issues and complaints efficiently.
- Regularly visit and work with dealers to monitor business performance and provide timely support.
- Develop and implement sales plans through the dealer channel.
- Track and assess the business performance of each dealer.
- Analyze the market, competitors, and propose strategies for dealer network expansion.
- Prepare periodic business reports and handle additional tasks as assigned by management.
B. It would be WOW if you would bring this in:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales, preferably with experience in dealer network development within the industrial equipment sector or similar products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
- Proactive, responsible, and committed to work.
- Willing to travel for business trips.
