Product & Marketing Manager

A. WHAT WILL YOU DO WHILE YOU WOW:
JOB OBJECTIVE:
•    Be responsible for comprehensive management of Product and Marketing activities for the Karcher brand in Vietnam, including product development, developing Marketing strategies (with a focus on digital), and implementing sales support activities (Trade Marketing) to drive revenue growth, market share, and brand awareness across both B2B and B2C channels.
•    Act as a bridge between regional product management and Karcher Vietnam.
•    Ensure that roadmaps are implemented according to the needs of Karcher Vietnam and are aligned with regional and global strategies.
•    Drive and promote sales and product training initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Product Management
•    Manage the product portfolio: plan the product lifecycle, propose new product imports, and phase out ineffective products.
•    Analyze the market, competitors, customer needs, and trends to propose suitable product strategies for each segment (B2B & B2C).
•    Work with the regional team or suppliers to select products that are suitable for the Vietnamese market.
•    Collaborate with Sales and Training teams to provide product documentation and training for the sales force, dealers, or partners.
•    Develop unique positioning, USP, and differentiated communication messages for each product line.
•    Work with relevant departments to propose pricing strategies.
•    Pricing: Ensure competitive local pricing that aligns with regional guidelines.
•    Distribution: Ensure that products are introduced to the most promising partners and sales channels.
•    Provide comprehensive analytical capabilities to generate reports and offer insights on sales, services, marketing, and e-commerce performance.

2. Digital Marketing (Key Focus)
•    Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns tailored to each product line and segment (B2B/B2C).
•    Manage digital communication channels: Website, SEO/SEM, Social Media (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn...), Google Ads, Remarketing, etc.
•    Collaborate with agencies/digital teams to develop content, optimize ads, and track campaign effectiveness.
•    Manage the digital marketing budget and report ROI for each channel.
•    Propose and implement CRM, automation, and email marketing strategies (especially for B2B customers).
•    Analyze user behavior data and measure digital activity performance to recommend improvements.

3. Trade Marketing
•    Support the development and implementation of promotional programs, POSM, and activations at retail outlets or showrooms.
•    Collaborate with the Sales team to plan displays, promotions, and sales support activities for each distribution channel (Modern Trade, GT, dealers).
•    Support product training and organize mini-workshops or customer events for B2B clients.
•    Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing programs.

4. Brand Management & Marketing Strategy
•    Work with the regional/global marketing team to ensure the Karcher brand strategy is implemented in line with guidelines.
•    Oversee the use of visuals, content, and branding guidelines in the Vietnamese market.
•    Develop strategic marketing ideas that are locally relevant and aligned with regional cooperation.
•    Take responsibility for marketing budgets (planning and spending control).
•    Train and manage team members effectively.

B. IT WOULD BE WOW IF YOU WOULD BRING THIS IN:
•    Passionate about cleaning products, with solid expertise in product management and a thorough understanding of all aspects of marketing communications.
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
•    At least 5 years of experience in Product Management & Marketing, preferably with management experience and a background in consumer goods/tools/equipment or industrial products.
•    Strong experience in Digital Marketing, especially performance marketing.
•    Understanding of B2C consumer behavior and B2B purchasing processes.
•    Proficient in data analysis and budget management.
•    Excellent teamwork, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
•    Proficient in English (mandatory).
•    Prefer candidates with experience working in multinational environments.
