Key Account Supervisor - Professional
A. WHAT WILL YOU DO WHILE YOU WOW:
I. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Development: Implement business activities within your assigned territory (industrial cleaning equipment in the Southern region).

Product Management: Be responsible for and plan actions to ensure full product coverage and distribution.

Relationship Management: Develop effective market relationships to achieve business goals.
-
Key Account Management (KAM): Manage and develop key accounts.
II. DETAILED TASKS:

Business Planning:
-
Create sales plans and manage the development of the KAM list.
-
Provide regular reports on business results, market trends, and competitors.
-
Gather market intelligence on competitor activities.
-
Monitor and report sales results to senior management on a regular basis.
-
Inventory and Supply:
-
Ensure goods are delivered in full, on time, and at the correct price.
-
Minimize stock shortages through effective inventory management.
-
Sales Performance:
-
Be accountable for achieving sales targets set by the company.
-
Ensure business development is cost-effective and profitable
-
Key Account Management (KAM):
-
Provide strategic and operational support to key accounts, acting as the main point of contact to increase productivity and profitability.
-
Be responsible for assigned key accounts, developing the team and serving them with a focus on our sales strategy.
-
Ensure customer satisfaction and become a "best partner" for clients by linking their needs with the Key Account Management team.
-
Prepare and negotiate reasonable sales agreements.
-
Customer Relationship Building:
-
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
-
Develop customer loyalty programs to retain existing clients and attract new ones.
-
Address customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction with the company's products/services.
B. IT WOULD BE A WOW IF YOU BRING THIS IN:

Graduated with a College or University degree in technical fields, mechanics, industrial management, or business administration.

Strong sales and communication skills.
-
At least 5 years of experience in sales, with a preference for experience in industrial equipment, cleaning machines, or a wide network in the industry.
-
Experience working at a multinational company is a plus.
-
Ready to work in a high-pressure environment.
-
Good communication skills in English are a plus.
