Reporting Specialist

This is how you WOW:

• Develop and implement new financial reporting and dashboarding solutions to meet business needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
• Utilize SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) and other tools to design interactive dashboards and reports
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reports through rigorous testing
• Stay updated on industry trends to drive innovation in financial reporting
• Train and support users in accessing and interpreting reports
• Integrate reporting solutions with existing systems and processes
• Continuously evaluate and refine reporting processes for efficiency

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting or related role.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present financial data.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software like SAP.
• Dashboarding Experience, preferably SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud)
• Effective project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively
• Experience in an international maquila or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Willingness to regularly travel to the US headquarters.
