To empower our service teams and partners, we are now looking for a pedagogical and technically skilled Nordic Technical Support Manager.

Your Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality technical training programs for Kärcher's own service technicians and our service partners across the Nordic region. Your goal is to ensure our technicians are skilled and knowledgeable, directly contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also provide ongoing technical support and manage our central knowledge base.

Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Develop & Deliver Technical Training: Assess the training needs of our technicians, then develop and deliver comprehensive training programs covering everything from repair and maintenance to troubleshooting and safety procedures, using a mix of classroom, online, and hands-on methods.

  • Provide Expert Technical Support: Act as the key point of contact for ongoing technical support to our service technicians and partners via phone, email, and online platforms, helping them troubleshoot complex issues.

  • Manage Technical Knowledge: Develop, maintain, and continuously update a comprehensive knowledge base (manuals, guides, service bulletins) to ensure information is easily accessible for all technicians.

  • Lead and Collaborate: Work closely with the Warranty, Parts, and Service Partner Managers to ensure training programs are holistic and effective. You will foster strong relationships with stakeholders and demonstrate leadership in cross-functional projects.

 

 

Your Profile

You are a technical expert with a passion for teaching, mentoring, and problem-solving. You are an excellent communicator and presenter, capable of translating complex technical information into engaging and understandable training for diverse audiences.

 

Essential Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience as a service technician or in a technical training role, preferably in the cleaning equipment industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of Kärcher's equipment and technology.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

  • Proficient in using online learning platforms and creating effective training materials.

  • A self-driven and independent work ethic, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.

  • Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language is preferred.

 

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a multinational or multicultural environment.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills or experience in managing cross-functional projects.
