To strengthen our dynamic sales organization, we are now looking for a structured and service-minded Sales Assistant for our Retail & Online team.

Your Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will be the central support hub for our Nordic Retail and Online sales team. You will be a key player in enabling our sales success by providing vital reports, statistics, and administrative support. Your role is crucial for maintaining the quality of our data and ensuring our Key Account Managers and sales leaders have the information they need to make strategic decisions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Become Our Data & Systems Expert: Act as a super user for our CRM and analysis tools, take responsibility for handling and maintaining high-quality master data, and ensure all information in our shared workspaces is accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide Key Sales Insights: Support the entire Nordic Retail & Online sales team by creating and compiling essential sales reports. You will gather and structure data on sales, market trends, and competitors to support decision-making for our management and Key Account team.
- Deliver Essential Sales Support: Provide direct administrative support to our Key Account Managers by assisting with the preparation of internal price files, product assortment lists, and customer presentations.
- Drive Process Improvement: Proactively contribute to developing and refining our administrative and reporting processes to increase efficiency and support the team more effectively.
Your Profile
You are a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting a fast-paced sales team. You are proactive, service-minded, and thrive on being the go-to person for data, reports, and administrative excellence.
Essential Requirements:

Completed upper secondary education (Gymnasium) or equivalent.

3-5 years of experience in a role such as Sales Assistant, Sales Coordinator, or similar administrative position.

Strong administrative and communication skills with a structured approach to your work.

Proficiency in the Google Suite and experience working with CRM systems.

Professional fluency in English (both written and spoken).

A valid driver's license and the ability to travel 10-20 days per year when needed.
Desirable Qualifications:

Post-secondary or higher education in business, administration, or a related field.

Experience working in a similar role at a Nordic level.

Proficiency in one or more Nordic languages.
