To drive our continued success in the Nordic market, we are now looking for a strategic and commercially driven Nordic Product Manager for our Consumer Products.
Preferred Location: Rødovre (Denmark), Nurmijärvi, (Finland), Oslo (Norway), or Gothenburg (Sweden)
Your Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will be the strategic knowledge leader for our Consumer product categories. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle from entry to phase-out, with a strong focus on maximizing profitability and market share. You will ensure effective assortment and pricing strategies are implemented, coordinate successful launches, and provide essential product knowledge to the organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Product Strategy & Portfolio Optimization: Develop and implement product and assortment strategies aligned with business objectives. Proactively manage the entire product lifecycle, from development and launch to phase-out, to ensure optimal portfolio performance and profitability.
- Pricing & Financial Management: Manage and optimize pricing strategies across the region, ensuring they are both competitive and profitable. You will monitor product performance against KPIs and provide proactive recommendations for improvement.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and AKW to drive product success. Coordinate product launches and promotional activities, ensuring alignment with regional marketing efforts and actively supporting Key Account initiatives. Drive the creation of sales support and marketing materials, including digital communication plans and regionally adapted content together with the Content Team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Serve as the strategic product knowledge leader and primary point of contact for product-related inquiries. Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales and channel managers to ensure strategic alignment. Act as a key link and technical contact person towards AKW on product-related questions. Provide timely and relevant product information and support to the local teams.
- Data Management: Accountable for maintaining accurate product information like KeC, within the responsible product portfolios.
- Market Insight & Product Strategy Input: Gather and structure Nordic market, competitor, and customer feedback and deliver this intelligence to HQ to directly inform and influence the long-term product innovation pipeline and strategy.
- Forecasting & Inventory Consultation: Act as the primary product knowledge expert for Sales and Supply Chain to ensure accurate forecasting. This includes providing product volume guidance and strategic insights related to lifecycle changes, quality issues, or supply risks, and staying informed of final inventory and forecast decisions.
Your Profile
You are a strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for bringing innovative consumer products to life. You excel in a cross-functional environment and possess the analytical skills to turn market data into actionable strategies.
Essential Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in product management or a similar strategic role.

Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

A solid understanding of product management principles and the full product lifecycle.

Professional fluency in English. Proficiency in a Nordic language is an advantage.

Willingness and ability to travel regularly for customer meetings, fairs, and conferences.
Desirable Qualifications:
