For our growing sales and service subsidiaries in the Nordics (Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland), comprising 250 employees, we are currently looking for an
HR Manager (m/f/d)
(located in Gothenburg, Oslo, Rødovre or Nurmijärvi)

As the HR Manager for the Nordics, you will be responsible for overseeing all people-related matters, including talent management, compensation and benefits, recruitment and onboarding, ensuring that HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.

You will drive the development and implementation of HR strategies in alignment with the global framework, championing digital HR processes to enhance efficiency and best practices across the Nordics.

You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organizational structure to ensure it is optimized to support both current business needs and long-term strategic objectives.

With a proactive and hands-on approach, you will guide the development of a high-performing HR function. This includes enhancing team skills, utilizing shared resources and tools to foster growth and performance excellence across the organization.

You will build up a strong communication channel to every level of the organization and be a central figure in promoting the organization’s culture and its shared values.

You will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing HR team, fostering its growth, and maximizing its potential.

You will support and enable the Leadership Team to perform their HR and leadership responsibilities at the best possible quality and commitment.
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field is required, with a master’s degree being advantageous.

A minimum of 8 years’ experience in HR within an international context, including experience managing complex environments and regional structures, driving transformational change, and leading process management initiatives.

Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and at least one other Scandinavian language.
-
Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors would be advantageous.
-
An empathetic and people-oriented leader, with a strong passion for modern HR topics as well as a strong desire to add value to the organization.
