Sr. Director, Distribution and Fulfillment

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive distribution and fulfillment strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of distribution centers, warehouses, and transportation networks to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing team of distribution and fulfillment professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Technology Integration: Leverage technology solutions to streamline operations, improve visibility, and enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure operational excellence.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the distribution and fulfillment budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining service levels.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with supply chain disruptions, ensuring business continuity and customer satisfaction.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in distribution, fulfillment, or supply chain management
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering results, improving operational efficiency, and exceeding customer expectations.
• Deep understanding of supply chain best practices in e-commerce, logistics, transportation, and warehouse management.
• Proficient in supply chain management systems, warehouse management systems, and transportation management systems.
