Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a driven and detail oriented Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow existing accounts. This is a dual-focus role: you will act as a strategic partner to our existing network of distributors—ensuring they have the right aftermarket parts and equipment—while actively prospecting to expand our footprint in the region

 

This is how you WOW:

 

  • Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for assigned distributors, conducting regular outreach to monitor inventory levels and ensure long-term loyalty.
  • Sales Growth: Identify and prospect new leads, reactivate dormant accounts, and execute upselling/cross-selling strategies based on purchase history.
  • Technical Support: Assist distributors with OEM part cross-referencing and provide technical guidance on machine compatibility (e.g., voltages and sizing).
  • Product Expertise: Educate distributors on New Product Introductions (NPI) for aftermarket floorcare parts.
  • Operational Liaison: Generate bulk-order quotes, manage backorder communications, and coordinate with customer service and plant departments to ensure on-time delivery.

 

 

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience: Proven track record in Inside Sales or Account Management. Industry experience in industrial floorcare, janitorial supply, or equipment parts is highly preferred.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn and discuss technical specifications and OEM cross-referencing.
  • Software Proficiency: Expert in CRM usage and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). SAP experience is a plus.
  • Key Soft Skills: Strong "hunting" and closing skills, excellent verbal/written communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
