Warehouse Associate 4 - Returns Specialist
At Kärcher North America, Inc., we are looking for a detail-oriented and technical-minded Warehouse Associate 4 - Returns Specialist to join our team in Fayetteville. In this critical role, you will be the gatekeeper for quality and customer satisfaction, inspecting returned parts and machinery to ensure our warranty standards are met.

What You’ll Do (Essential Duties)

Inspect & Evaluate: Receive and inspect parts, accessories, and machinery sent in by customers and dealers for warranty evaluation.

Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot returned machinery to determine the cause of failure.

Documentation & Credit: Enter package contents into the computer, write credit vouchers for justified claims, and enter credit memos.

Customer Interaction: Discuss warranty issues with customers and coordinate with customer service to provide replacement parts when necessary.

Warehouse Versatility: Maintain stock supplies and assist in other warehouse areas (Warehouse 1 & 3) as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
What You Bring (Qualifications)

Education: High school diploma or GED.

Experience: At least 3-4 years of related experience in a warehouse or technical setting.

Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and the ability to operate (or quickly learn to operate) a forklift.

Communication: Strong ability to read instructions, write simple correspondence, and present information clearly to customers and team members.

Problem Solving: Ability to solve practical problems and interpret various instructions (written, oral, or diagram).

Math Skills: Proficiency in basic math, including working with American money, weights, and measurements.
Work Environment & Physical Demands

Active Role: You will regularly stand, walk, reach, and use tools; you must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Environment: Work is performed in a warehouse setting where temperatures may fluctuate based on weather and noise levels are consistent with forklift traffic.
