Returns Specialist

The deadline to submit applications is initially set for Monday June 2nd, 2025. However, the application period is subject to potential extensions or closure at any time without prior notice, especially once a sufficient pool of qualified applicants has been obtained.

 

This is how you WOW:

  • Receive parts, accessories, and machinery from customers/dealers for warranty credit or restock and enter contents of the package into the computer.
  • Inspect parts, Machines, paperwork, etc.
  • Issue Credit Memo. If not, send a proper form letter explaining failure.
  • Enter credit memos as assigned.
  • Troubleshooting returned machinery packaging
  • Complete various returns/repack projects assigned by supervisor.
  • Maintains accurate documented inventory of machines and parts.
  • Maintains accurate documented inventory of boxes and pallets.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written as well as timely.
  • Daily KPI and workload reporting.
  • Ability to identify prioritization based on daily KPI/Inventory reporting

 

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • At least 2 years of related experience is required.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must have ability to drive equipment (Forklift, Cherry Picker, etc.)
  • Ability to work with WMS (SAP, Korber)
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Work Environment

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and reach with arms and hands.
  • Standing for 8 hours and frequent walking required.
  • The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

 

Physical Demands

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and is frequently exposed to airborne particles.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually high, proper protective equipment is required.
