Manager, Systems and Technology

- Optimize technology investments, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance overall supply chain performance
- Ensures seamless connectivity between ERP, WMS, TMS, and other supply chain technologies.
- Establish systems business growth, market demands, and digital transformation.
- Oversees the development and modification of logistic systems to ensure solutions align with the supply chain strategy
- Openly communicate with stakeholders to understand, document, test and support business requirements
- Oversees the development and modification of logistic systems to ensure solutions align with the supply chain strategy
- Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects for logistic systems by identifying operational needs encompassing industry standard best practices
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Develops annual project management, capital, infrastructure, and operating expense budget
- Oversees the curriculum development process to ensure employees are trained on all logistic systems, ensuring the training documentation reflects training needs
- Main point of contact for initial triage of email inquiries and to determine the resolution plan in a professional and timely manner
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in informational systems developing strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team, while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to explain technical problems and offer solutions to those without technological training
