Manager, Distribution Analytics

  • Enhance order accuracy, delivery speed, and inventory availability
  • Establish KPI’s and real- time reporting to monitor supply chain efficiency
  • Collaborate across departments to create and maintain complex reports
  • Analyze business and performance trends to develop solutions and improve inefficiencies.
  • Provide timely, consistent, relevant, and actionable data analyses in support of key supply chain initiatives
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior leadership on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational performance.
  • Ensure a high degree of data quality and reporting accuracy, including implementing standards and processes such as dashboard validation
  • Concentrates the findings of data analysis projects into crisp communications that enable technical and non-technical audiences to use the results to inform key business decisions
  • Create ad-hoc analyses to address specific business questions and challenges.
  • Maintains and identifies improvement opportunities of various business tools and solutions, automates repetitive tasks and enhances the efficiency of supply chain reporting.
  • Work closely with other departments, including supply chain, sales, and IT, to ensure data integrity and alignment of analytical efforts.
  • Identify and implement new technologies and tools to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting capabilities.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in distribution analytics


 

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Engineering or related field
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a warehouse/distribution center operation with emphasis on data analytic tools, dashboards, reporting and modeling
  • Experience with SAP, Power BI, Tableau (SQL, Python, Google, Power BI) preferred
  • LEAN/6 Sigma experience a plus
