Data Solutions Analyst

Please Note: This is a 100% on-site position located in Fayetteville, AR. We are currently unable to offer relocation assistance, so we are primarily seeking local candidates or those already planning to move to the Northwest Arkansas area.

• Education & Experience: Bring a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or Engineering—or substitute with 2–5 years of experience in analytics, business systems, or process automation.

• Core Analytics Background: 3+ years of experience in a BI, data analyst, reporting automation, dashboard development, or related technical analytics role.

• Automation & Scripting Skills: Hands-on experience using Python, JavaScript, and/or Google Apps Script to automate reporting processes, transform data, or improve business workflows.

• Power BI Expertise: Strong experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, reporting logic, data modeling, and maintaining business-facing reports.

• Advanced Spreadsheet Tools: Advanced Google Sheets experience, including complex formulas, structured reporting templates, data validation, and workflow support.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• Workflow Automation Tools: Experience with KNIME or Alteryx for workflow automation and data transformation.

• Enterprise & Platform Systems: Working knowledge of SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud, standard SAP reporting/export processes, and Google BigQuery or similar data platforms.

• WMS & Data Integration: Familiarity with Körber WMS (or other warehouse management systems) along with experience handling API integrations or automated data feeds.

• Process Improvement: Foundational knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.

• Web Basics & Design: Basic experience with HTML or web-based content structure and exposure to data modeling concepts for dashboard development.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and reach with arms and hands. Standing for 8 hours and frequent walking required. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and is frequently exposed to airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually high, proper protective equipment is required.
