Supply Chain Manager

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $105,000

This is how you WOW:

· Lead End-to-End Operations: Oversee daily supply chain functions, including procurement, inventory control, and distribution, to ensure the timely availability of parts and attachments.

· Drive Strategic Sourcing: Lead the sourcing strategy for OEM and aftermarket components, negotiating vendor contracts to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.

· Optimize Warehouse Efficiency: Oversee order fulfillment, shipping documentation, and logistics provider coordination to ensure accurate, damage-free delivery to dealers and customers.

· Manage Inventory Precision: Maintain optimal stock levels using ERP systems (SAP Business One) and best practices like cycle counting to reduce excess while ensuring availability.

· Empower & Lead Teams: Mentor and manage Parts Associates and Shipper/Receiver staff, fostering a safe, high-productivity environment through training and clear performance expectations.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

· Proven Experience: 5+ years of leadership in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain, preferably within a manufacturing or distribution setting.

· Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred) and a deep understanding of inventory management principles like min/max levels.

· Vendor Mastery: Demonstrated success in vendor management, purchase order coordination, and developing strategic supplier relationships.

· Hands-on Capability: Ability to drive specialized equipment—such as forklifts, articulating tractors, and sweepers—and lift to 50 lbs. in a fast-paced environment.

· Operational Excellence: Knowledge of logistics best practices, shipping regulations, and facility management to ensure a safe and organized workspace.
