Marketing Manager

The salary range for this position is $70,000.00 -$80,000.00 CAD depending on experience

This is how you WOW:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate leads for dealer and direct sales channels.
  • Track and optimize marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to ensure conversion into sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted outreach programs for different customer segments.
  • Provide marketing support for regional sales managers (RSMs) and dealers, ensuring they have the necessary tools to succeed.
  • Manage and grow KMC-NA’s presence across all digital platforms.
  • Maintain and update the KMC-NA website to ensure accurate, relevant, and engaging content.
  • Drive search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve visibility and inbound traffic.
  • Manage digital paid advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and execute a Social Media content calendar with engaging posts and respond accordingly.
  • Work with IT and external vendors to enhance website user experience and lead conversion.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for dealers and direct customers in the U.S. and Canada.
  • Create targeted content such as newsletters, promotions, and training updates.
  • Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to optimize future campaigns.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute KMC-NA’s presence at industry trade shows and events.
  • Manage booth setup, promotional materials, and pre- and post-event marketing efforts.
  • Track leads generated at events and ensure effective sales follow-up.
  • Develop co-branded marketing materials and promotional programs for dealers.
  • Assist in creating product catalogs, brochures, and training materials for dealers and end-users.
  • Support the onboarding of new dealers with marketing toolkits and brand guidelines.
  • Responsible for new product launches to include key visuals, announcements, product sell sheets.
  • Ensure compliance and consistency in all marketing assets to represent Kärcher’s Corporate Identity.
  • Responsible for promoting used equipment online, ensuring accuracy and visibility.
  • Act as the point of contact for customer inquiries related to used equipment.
  • Prepare photos, product descriptions, and pricing aligned with book and market value.
  • Track and report on key marketing metrics including lead generation, campaign ROI, and engagement rates.
  • Provide monthly performance reports and insights to leadership.

 

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial, municipal, or heavy equipment sectors.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and social media strategy.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (primarily Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat Pro)
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in trade show/event management is a plus.
  • Experience using Google Workspace is a plus.
