Billing, Pricing, and Warranty Supervisor

The salary range for this position is $60,000.00 -$75,000.00 depending on experience.

This is how you WOW:

  • Oversee the preparation and issuance of accurate, timely invoices for sales orders, service repairs, parts shipments, and rentals.
  • Ensure billing aligns with contractual terms and approved pricing structures.
  • Monitor billing schedules for rentals and service agreements, proactively addressing discrepancies or issues.
  • Support Accounts Receivable in reconciling invoicing disputes and collections processes.
  • Manage the administration of customer, dealer, service, and rental agreements.
  • Track contract renewals, expirations, billing triggers, and compliance milestones.
  • Support Sales and Service teams with the creation and execution of contracts.
  • Maintain and administer price lists and customer/dealer discount levels across SAP Business One and CRM systems.
  • Ensure timely implementation of approved pricing changes for products, services, and parts.
  • Validate pricing and discount structures for quotes, sales orders, and renewals.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of pricing strategies to support revenue growth and margin management.
  • Manage the end-to-end warranty claim process for KMC-NA’s dealer network.
  • Coordinate with Service and Technical Support teams to investigate recurring warranty issues.
  • Track warranty trends and provide reporting to leadership for product quality feedback.
  • Ensure timely reimbursement processing for approved dealer claims.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Finance, Sales, Service, Technical Support, and Logistics on billing, contract, pricing, and warranty topics.

 

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

  • 5+ years of experience in billing, pricing administration, warranty management, or contract management, preferably in industrial equipment, automotive, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong expertise with pricing strategy, contract administration, and warranty evaluation.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred) and CRM tools.
  • Bilingual French/English is a strong asset.
