Retail Sales Promoter

This is how you WOW:

• Approach and interact with customers to promote Karcher products.
• Provide detailed information on product features, benefits, and usage and explain key selling points to highlight product advantages.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities.
• Conduct live demonstrations to showcase product functionality.
• Monitor stock levels and immediately inform store management and company representatives if a product is out of stock.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines.
• Track and report daily sales performance.
• Collect customer feedback and market trends to share with the sales team.
• Coordinate with store staff and supervisors to optimize product placement.
• Participate in promotional activities such as in-store activations or events to help increase sales.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of sales experience preferably from the home appliances industry
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer – centric mindset
