Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a highly-motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist based in our Regional Head Office in Jebel Ali, Dubai to lead our marketing efforts through our digital tools to promote Karcher, increase client engagement and support the success of marketing campaigns.

This is how you WOW:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns across search engines and social media platforms, ensuring optimal budget allocation and ROI.
• Optimize website content and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing activities.
• Measure the effectiveness of campaigns and provide regular reports on performance against goals.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create an optimized user experience and product movement.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of PR and event strategies.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing or a related field.
• 4-7 years of proven working experience in digital marketing.
• Strong working knowledge of advertising tools, including Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, and email marketing platforms.
• Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
• Excellent analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
• A team player with a can-do attitude and a passion for creative learning.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Arabic language skills are a plus.
