• Assist the Production manager in overseeing the manufacturing production of injection moulding and assembly process
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production injection moulding and assembly workers to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
• Train and mentor workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow as needed to meet production targets
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in the production area
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to resolve production issues and improve injection moulding and assembly processes
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet the required specifications and standards
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency in the production injection moulding and assembly area
• Assist in maintaining accurate production records and documentation
• Follow up according to others task as assigned by Manager/ Company

It Would Be WOW If You Bring This In

•  Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechatronic & Industrial Engineering) or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing production, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Skill in Google workspace, SAP
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Good English language skills.
