• Preparing, implementing, and supervising manufacturing processes, ensuring high-quality work is consistently delivered.

• Suggesting and implementing solutions to improve productivity, enhance quality, and achieve cost reduction.

• Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing effective recommendations for resolution..

• Ensuring all product and system requirements are taken into account from the initial product conception to the finished result..

• Improving manufacturing efficiency by analysing work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout; leading efforts to remove all waste from the processes (Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing).

• Participating in the design, installation, commissioning, and operation of new automated production lines (e.g., robotics, PLC systems, sensing systems).

• Assisting with floor layout designs, incorporating considerations for optimal automation integration.

• Designing and implementing fixtures, tooling, and automated machinery/systems for assembly or manufacturing processes.

• Performing basic programming or configuration of automation devices (e.g., PLCs, HMIs) to support production needs.

• Preparing detailed production documentation, including automated equipment operating instructions and assembly work instructions.

It Would Be WOW If You Bring This In

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial, etc.).

• At least 2 years of experience as a Production Engineer / Process Engineer / Automation Engineer / Industrial Engineer.

• Strong understanding of principles and hands-on experience with manufacturing automation systems (e.g., PLCs, Sensors, Actuators, Robotics).

• Experience with CAD software (Autocad, Catia, Solidword….).

• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other Continuous Improvement tools.

• A plus: Experience with programming or configuring PLC systems (Siemens,.) or SCADA/HMI systems

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Proven leadership abilities, teamwork capability, and excellent written and communication skills.

• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

• Good English language skills.
