- Training program development & delivery:
Design, implement, and continuously improve the company's training programs, ︁︀︂︃︃︇︂︁︃︁including induction, skills training, and leadership development;
Identify training needs through consultations with managers and employee assessments;
Develop engaging training materials (e.g., manuals, online modules, workshops) to address identified needs;
Deliver training sessions in person for soft skills modules;
- Onboarding program:
Manage and optimize the end-to-end onboarding process for all new hires, ensuring the integration into the company;
Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure new employees receive the necessary training and resources during the first 90 days;
Monitor and evaluate the onboarding experience, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Annual Training Plan:
Coordinate with department heads to ensure training plans align with operational needs;
Maintain accurate records of all training and onboarding activities, including attendance, feedback, and results (Google sheet and SuccessFactors platform);
Ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements regarding employee training.
- Continuous development & evaluation:
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in training and onboarding;
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics such as feedback, performance improvement, and retention rates;
Implement changes to training programs based on feedback and evolving business needs;
- Reporting:
Implementation of development programs: Following discussions with department managers, implement competency and leadership development programs at the organizational level.
Training needs analysis: Engage in discussions with managers and teams to identify training and development needs at each departmental level.
Progress monitoring: Evaluate the effectiveness of development programs by collecting feedback and continuously improving initiatives based on results and needs.
Monthly KPI analysis: Track the total number of training and onboarding hours and the budget consumed.
- Key User for the Learning module in the SuccessFactors platform:
Administration of the Learning module: Ensure efficient management of the SuccessFactors platform to support all training processes (including course inclusion, participant management, and reporting). Our colleagues in Germany handle the platform administration, while we only upload the data. The training for Key Users is provided by them.
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
3+ years of experience in training, onboarding, or a similar role.
Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to use training software, knowledge of SuccessFactors platform is a plus.
Analytical mindset for evaluating training effectiveness and process improvement.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and onboarding best practices.
