Marketing Manager

• Ensure the implementation of the marketing strategy in the country.
• Guarantee the correct efficiency of the resources in marketing locally (budget and media plans).
• Develop the Brand Awareness for Brazil.
• Development of the Branding in the different sales channels.
• Ensure the correct implementation of the image and Brand design.
• Plan the key projects of market analysis (brand awareness, Marketing KPIs, etc).
• Foster develops the campaigns local in coordination with the sales local teams.
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
• Monitor the social media-communication channels in the country for quality, branding and continues improvement.
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
• Develop the local team to be more aligned and better marketing professionals.
• Sharing best practises with global, region for all the marketing activities.
• Other responsibilities connected to the role.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Knowledge in Digital Marketing it is highly valuable. 
• Social media – community manager experience it is highly valuable.
• Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory.

Experience required:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing management position with strong analytical and project management skills.
• Confident and dynamic personality with focus on collaboration.
• Experience in multinational company and environment with a strong International Mindset.
• Strong in managing network structures.
• Excellent communication skills in English in negotiation level skills.
• Customer-centred and excellent collaboration skills.
