Business Development Manager- North East and Scotland 

 

Purpose of the Role:

To be a custodian of the brand, to effectively meet our customers’ needs, and to help build a growing, profitable, sustainable Kärcher.

 

Your key responsibilities will be :

  • To promote all professional products to the selected key accounts and end users across a defined target market within the allocated sales territory
  • Achievement of territory sales target by means of cold calls, appointments, site surveys and demonstrations to end users specific to target group
  • Achievement of specific number of calls into individual target groups on a monthly basis
  • To follow up on sales leads
  • To provide advice / product guidance to the end user
  • To work closely with all Target Group Managers to gain expert knowledge
  • Achieve set KPI’s
  • Continuous use of OneView (CRM)
  • To work closely with internal departments, providing feedback on products, market trends and competitor information

 

Your qualifications and experience are :

  • GCSE A-C (9-4) or equivalent in Maths & English
  • Previous sales experience and the achievement of targets
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Ability to influence and negotiate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A driven, passionate and confident self-starter
  • Full UK Driving License
