E-Commerce Sales Consultant

You will manage our presence across online marketplaces, plan and run high impact promotional events such as Amazon One Day Only deals, and support our customers directly through outbound calling. • Strong attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy
• Comfortable working with online platforms and marketplaces, or a quick learner who is eager to get stuck in
• Confident on the phone and comfortable with outbound calling
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Well organised, able to manage multiple channels and deadlines at once
• A proactive, can do attitude with a genuine interest in e-commerce and sales growth
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Drive)
• A team player who communicates well and takes ownership of their work

Your WOW impact:

• Manage and grow our presence across online marketplaces, including listing creation, content accuracy, pricing, and stock alignment
• Plan, prepare, and execute high impact promotional events such as Amazon One Day Only deals, marketplace specials, and seasonal campaigns
• Keep the internal web shop accurate and current, including products, descriptions, images, pricing, and availability
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads, drive customer engagement, and convert interest into orders
• Monitor orders across all channels and flag stock or fulfilment issues early
• Optimise listings on an ongoing basis to improve visibility and conversion
• Track performance across channels and share simple, useful insights
• Work closely with internal departments to align on goals and execution plans
