Web & E-Commerce Sales Specialist

Planning, organization and implementation of online sales activities and campaigns

Communication and advising existing and new customers via online and offline channels

Acquisition of new customers through digital and direct sales activities

Monitoring and analysis of sales results, preparation of reports and proposals for improving sales

Coordination with internal teams (marketing, logistics, IT) and external partners

Planning and realization of marketing actions in cooperation with the marketing team

Monitoring market trends, competition and new technologies in the e-commerce sector

Participation in the optimization of UX/UI elements of the webshop to increase conversion

Administrative and organizational tasks related to online sales (meetings, training, reports)
