Customer Care Specialist

• Processing of orders, preparation of offers, delivery notes, invoices

• Coordination of warehouse and logistics

• Processing customer complaints

• Taking care of deliveries of goods to customers

• Providing the necessary support to colleagues in order to run business processes smoothly

• Procurement of goods from foreign suppliers, cooperation with freight forwarders in customs clearance procedures,

• Master data management (debtors, prices, conditions),

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• At least high school diploma,

• Previous work experience in the same or similar jobs is desirable

• Knowledge of Pantheon and SAP ( SD  and MM module )programs is an advantage.

• Expressed ability of organization and independence in carrying out work tasks

• Ability to learn quickly

• Computer skills (MS Office),

• Good communication skills in English language - spoken and written,

• Reliability and responsibility,

• Accuracy,

• Structured, targeted and timely way of working,

• Orientation towards achieving goals and the ability to set priorities,

• Strong team spirit

• Flexibility;
