Sales Representative / Brend Promoter

The Brand Promoter will be responsible for promoting and presenting the Kärcher brand in the retail stores of our business partners. The person in this position will work directly with salespeople and customers, organize promotional events as well as product education, with the aim of increasing awareness of the Kärcher range and strengthening sales.

This is how you WOW:

• Promoting and advising existing customers about Kärcher products and solutions.
• Organizing and managing promotional events and presentations in stores.
• Educating sales staff on the technical characteristics and advantages of Kärcher products.
• Planning and implementing marketing and promotional campaigns in cooperation with sales and marketing teams.
• Preparing reports on the success of promotions and field activities.
• Maintaining regular contact with customers and sales teams.
• Monitoring market trends and competition to improve product promotion.
• Organizing travel and attending training and meetings as needed.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• Experience in promoting brands and products (preferably experience in the retail sector).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactiveness, responsibility and results-oriented.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel.
• Driver's license category B.
• Knowledge of technical equipment or similar products is an advantage.
