Branch Manager

• Create strategies to ensure that sales targets in Phuket Branch are met. Establish and drive agreed growth plans for both organic growth and new account acquisition that ensures sales objectives are achieved .
• Oversees the operations of a Phuket branch and South Region.
• Responsibilities include managing resources and staff, developing and attaining sales goals, delivering customer service, and growing the location's revenues.
• Oversee the performance of other employees who work in their branches (Sales Executive, Showroom Staff, Admin, Technicians)
• Lead Key Accounts customer and negotiations to ensure account management support is delivered as agreed.
• Hold regular team meetings or phone conferences to manage working capital, sales potential and project completion.
• Identify opportunities for sales professionals to grow through existing and new training modules.  Be a role model for self-development and learning.
• Ensure success as showroom management ,improved customer traffic and work with marketing team to design and create a promotion activities.
• To ensure appropriate service support and good service delivery for customers who bring their machines for inspection at the showroom. or planning preventive maintenance for Key accounts customers

• Strong in sales especially Hospitality and Industries business.
• People management,
• Customer-centric skills.
• Diligence, strong analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and focus on detail.

1. Bachelor’s or above in Business Administration or related fields
2. At least 5 years experience in Sales Industries & Hospitality will be advantage
3. Good communication, interpersonal skill
4. Service mind, good relationship, Negotiation skills
5. Self Motivate, Proactive, Strong Networking
6. Able to lead team to achieve goal
7. Able to work under pressure
8. Able to drive a car and have a car license
9. Computer literacy especially (Excel, PowerPoint
