Retail & Online Business Partner

This is how you WOW:

• Be a driver of the business and contribute to change management, initiate discussions around new opportunities, be the businesses trusted advisor and advocate for the group's targets
• Develop and administer the monthly forecast with the Sales and Marketing Teams and consolidate into one file for upload to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) with the support of the Business Analyst
• Review relevant monthly Profit Center reports and detailed analysis for discussion in the Sales and Marketing Manager meetings and provide active risk management and ensuring financial stability
• Oversee the Sales and Marketing teams' monthly profit centres cleanse to ensure all cost figures are correctly posted, correcting errors where found.
• Maintain the Consumer Growth Strategy dashboard, ensuring all financial and non-financial measures are recorded and challenge any areas that are not meeting their target

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• 3 GCSEs at Grade 4 (C) or equivalent, including Maths and English
• AAT Certificate or equivalent essential, ACCA/CIMA part qualified desirable
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and postings
• Experience of working in a commercially focussed Finance Department
• Advanced knowledge of Excel e.g.: PivotTables, higher level formulas and macros
