Product Manager - Professional

This is how you WOW:

• Own and drive the success of selected product ranges by implementing effective marketing plans to optimize revenue and margin growth.
• Develop and execute category plans encompassing range strategy, pricing, promotions, and market analysis.
• Lead product launches and go-to-market delivery by coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Champion Kärcher products in the UK, acting as the key expert for internal teams and international stakeholders.
• Analyse performance and competitor insights to provide actionable recommendations for business growth.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, proactively identifying opportunities to improve or simplify portfolios for maximum profitability.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• Product and Marketing experience within a fast-moving business environment.
• A-Level or equivalent education, including GCSE English and Maths.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with a structured, driven, and adaptable personal approach.
• A current driving license essential
• A degree in Marketing or Business and technical knowledge of cleaning machines and competitors desirable
