Performance & Digital Marketing Manager (12 month-fixed term contact)

This is how you WOW:

• Critically, shape the role of Search, Paid Media and Affiliates Marketing, in driving direct revenue whilst supporting Kärcher’s digital marketing and e-commerce initiative by providing customers with the right information and incentives a reason to shop direct on Kärcher's UK and IE
• Own the Paid Media/Digital Performance marketing media plan & optimisation framework (PPC, Display, Social, Affiliates) and agency resource management
• Articulate the commercial impact of all performance marketing activities and demonstrate the breadth of work across the business that is delivering a fully optimised customer journey and to maximise ROI
• Creation, management and reporting on all paid/organic social media activity alongside the Brand Marketing & Communications team. This includes, but is not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, TikTok etc
• Be the champion for the comprehensive performance marketing reporting tools suite, making sure all teams are working to one set of performance KPIs and inform future digital marketing strategies and campaigns to continually optimise digital marketing activity i.e. reporting dashboards including GA4, Adobe Analytics

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• Strong paid media background – particularly in Search (paid), Paid Social and Affiliates Marketing
• Analytical skills – fluent in reporting tools specifically GA4, Adobe Analytics, META Ads Manager
• Excellent communication skills to support collaboration
• Highly driven with quick decision-making skills
• Commercially minded individual
