Key Account Manager - Public Services

This is how you WOW:

• Maintain the existing customer base, develop new business and gain detailed customer understanding, utilising Micro Potential Analysis and all target market tools
• Achieve specified commercial targets for account portfolio at a turnover, product mix and gross margin level
• Collaborate and work in partnership with our Global Key Account colleagues to fully utilise and deliver commercial excellence within our International and Corporate Key Account customers
• Develop and facilitate strong key stakeholder relationships with a wide range of key contacts at the customer
• Participate as a key member of the Key Accounts decision-making team, taking on and delivering ad hoc ‘team’ projects

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• GCSEs at Grade 4 (Grade C) including English and Maths
• Experience in an National Accounts position
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, at all levels
• Proven record of building relationships
• Results driven, analytical individual
