Operations Support Manager - KOKO Centers

Purpose of the role:

To provide a consistent and exceptional level of operational control and standard of customer service across the Kärcher Owned Kärcher Operated Center (KOKO) Network.


Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Ensuring operational targets are reached/exceeded in line with Company strategy and KPIs
  • Building and developing networks and relationships with local KOKO Teams and internal support functions, keeping all Centers up to date with both Customer and Employee communications
  • Communicating effectively to the local KOKO teams weekly and monthly Center sales and operational targets, clearly identifying what this means in terms of sales, profitability, costs, staffing levels etc.
  • Ensuring that all point of sale merchandising materials and any other visual display items are appropriately placed in the Centers and that customer/sales information is correctly displayed, up to date and relevant to obtain maximum profitability
  • Supporting the development of the local teams through providing on the job training and skills transfer and constantly updating and assessing operational and process skills
  • Managing stock levels in all KOKO Centers, ensuring that stock is within set KPI’s monthly and annually
  • Managing entry and exit plans of new and end of line product lines
  • Providing on-boarding process for new KOKO staff members
  • Auditing cleanliness of KOKO Centers
  • Overseeing the consistency of logging service requests under warranty and fixed cost repairs via Oneview
  • Ensuring all Processing for Sales and Service Invoicing is complete and Invoices are produced as a result
  • Ensuring all SAP transactions are reconciled by month end across all Centers
  • Overseeing the temporary removal process of Professional Machines from the Showroom for Demo purposes via the ASM and Academy
  • Implementing new process improvements
  • Providing cover to Center locations for sickness and holidays
  • Managing customer complaints/feedback


Your qualifications, experience and characteristics are:

  • 3 GCSEs at Grade C or equivalent, including English and Maths
  • Experience in a retail environment and/or supervisory position essential
  • Experience in the cleaning industry, with knowledge of products required
  • You are able to demonstrate key achievements within a similar role
  • Experience in merchandising and stock control required
  • You must be organised and tenacious
  • You must be self-motivated, confident and professional
  • You must be available for Saturday work
  • Willingness to travel across the KOKO Network essential
  • Full UK driving licence essential
