Field Support Executive
We are recruiting for Field Support Executives to cover the following area:
Postcode Areas - CB, SG, CM
Purpose of the role
To provide field sales support to the BSC and Retail channels and to help deliver the sales targets for both channels. You will have responsibility for a defined geographical area and attend specific local end user sites and provide a range of high quality support tasks across all stages of the sales process
Your key responsibilities will be
- Ensuring that the sales targets are met through delivering excellent site support
- Supporting mobilisations of new contracts
- Delivering and demonstrating new equipment on site
- Ensuring staff are correctly trained on new equipment, that questions are answered and staff accredited
- Identifying new business opportunities on site and ensure leads are promptly passed on to the relevant sales teams
- Visiting agreed sites at an agreed frequency to ensure client satisfaction, build strong relationships and to ensure Kärcher brand is well represented
- Representing Kärcher in a professional way and to ensure Kärcher remain the preferred brand of choice at the site.
- Communicating back to the relevant Key Account Manager
- Ensuring that the Kärcher CRM system is regularly and accurately updated
Your qualifications, experience and characteristics are
- 3 GCSEs at Grade 4, or equivalent, including English and Maths
- Full current UK driving licence essential
- Experience of sales and/or service within a technical/equipment environment
- Clear communication, both written and verbal at all levels
- Ability to engage with a variety of people
- Excellent timekeeping and planning skills
- Willingness to travel long distances
- Full UK driving licence essential
