Customer Relationship Executive

 

 

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Accurate entry of orders received via telephone, fax, emails and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange); meeting or exceeding the department’s Right First Time accuracy target
  • Handle inventory, price, product and general enquiries in response to customer requests
  • Handle technical enquiries based on parts identification via DISIS (electronic parts diagrams)
  • Entry and resolution of all complaints via CRM system
  • Build external relationships with existing and new customer base
  • Liaise with Sales to ensure support is in-line with customer sales strategy and promotional campaigns.
  • Increase sales through “upsell” campaigns if in place
  • Make relevant entries on the Concerns Log and manage all open concerns to ensure the situation is fully resolved within the required timescale
  • Work with 3rd Party Logistics Provider to ensure ‘On Time In Full Delivery’
  • Managing open orders and returns on a daily basis

 

 

 

Your qualifications and experience are:

  • 3 GCSEs at Grade C, or equivalent, including Maths and English
  • Customer service experience - preferably office based
  • Clear communication skills- written and verbal
  • Able to work to deadlines
  • Passionate to meet customer needs
  • Proficient Microsoft user – all packages
  • Ability to build strong working relationships – internally and externally
  • Keen eye for detail
