Cash Management Advisor
This is how you WOW:

Management of the sales ledger accounts by reviewing credit limits and insurance cover - you will also need to chase, reconcile and allocate customer’s accounts

Placing accounts on hold and releasing orders that are held due to queries, credit limit issues or non-payments
-
Allocating and reconciling Kärcher Centre accounts (KOKO) there are currently 5.
-
Raising credits relating to pricing, errors, returns and shortages
-
Manage all types of payment transactions which may include: Paypal, Webshop, Worldpay, BACS, chip & pin, cheques and cash; whilst also managing refunds when required
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:
-
GCSE 9-4 (A-C) or equivalent, in Maths and English
-
A polite and persuasive communicator who has a strong attention to detail
-
Excellent problem solving skills
-
A dedicated team player
-
Knowledge on SAP - desirable
-
Previous credit control/account management experience - desirable
