CRM Specialist (12 Month Fixed-Term Contract)


Purpose of the role

To proactively drive the Kärcher Data Driven Marketing and CRM strategy throughout the business, by working closely with internal teams and external agencies; collecting and organising data to provide business insights


Your key responsibilities will be

  • Supporting the CRM Manager with Kärcher UK’s Customer Relationship Management system (OneView - Microsoft Dynamics), including data management & analysis
  • Supporting CRM Manager and Kärcher UK Users in the day to day running of OneView
  • Understanding, capturing and addressing local needs and supporting users requests in the OneView inbox
  • Reporting department specific information for stakeholders, including system usage & auditing
  • Preparing (e.g. adapting training material) and conducting training for relevant CRM Users (New Starters, System Updates, General Knowledge)
  • Motivating users planning and coordination of local work packages
  • Checking for continuity and supporting the CRM Manager on CIP Projects (Continuous Improvement Process)
  • Reporting project status to the AKW project team and local management
  • Testing CRM functionalities and supporting development of best practice
  • Participate in user testing and upgrade process, and ensure that business objectives are met
  • Measuring and ensuring the success of implementation (KPIs)
  • Processing data into and out of CRM system in a systematic and structured manner, ensuring legal compliance and 100% accuracy
  • Maintaining the integrity of that data through control functions and ensuring the data is accurate and up to date and monitor and audit data quality
  • Creating data dashboards, graphs and visualisations across the business


Your qualifications, experience and characteristics are 

  • 3 GCSEs at Grade 4, or equivalent, including English and Maths
  • Experience of CRM Systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
  • Experience in an administration role is essential
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • A good understanding of customer needs
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
