Warehouse/Intralogistics Supervisor

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 Depending on Experience

This is how you WOW:

  • Direct, coordinate and plan the warehouse storage and distribution of products and materials. 
  • Direct the daily operational activities of receiving and warehouse personnel. 
  • Support and motivate intralogistics personnel in the achievement of department safety, job functions, quality, and performance goals.
  • Develop and maintain a collaborative team environment through effective coaching, mentoring, training, and regular performance feedback.
  • Develop and continually improve intralogistics processes and procedures that ensure job functions meet quality and performance goals and are performed consistently and unilaterally.
  • Analyze and resolve issues affecting the efficiency and reliability of intralogistics. 
  • Revise and/or adjust work procedures to meet production needs.
  • Perform time keeping activities and manage time off schedules.
  • Provide all required training and development assistance to personnel.   
  • Conduct performance counseling and annual performance evaluations.  
  • Work with other leads and/or management to assure intralogistics functions are supporting the operational objectives of the organization.
  • Assure the integrity of the inventory and assists in conducting inventory counts and annual physical inventory.
  • Maintain clean, neat and orderly work areas.  Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse areas.
  • Support Intralogistics Manager

  • High School diploma Required
  • Associates degree in logistics or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years operational or equivalent education and experience
  • Supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing environment

Work Environment

 

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and reach with arms and hands.
  • Standing for 8 hours and frequent walking required.
  • The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

 

Physical Demands

 

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and is frequently exposed to airborne particles.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually high, proper protective equipment is required.
