Sales Operations Coordinator - Aurora, CO


Purpose: Support IBU Sales operations department with the primary responsibility of managing the creation of customer accounts to include validation of account assignment details. This position requires high level of detail, follow through & expertise to execute.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


Serve as primary contact for IBU Sales team on intake of customer account forms, validation of data submitted & insurance that the correct account assignments are applied. This role requires a high level of detail be applied to day to day activity to insure downstream activities such as sales reporting, rebates, and dealer programs are conducted correctly.

This role will be the primary contact for other KNA departments for customer account set up concerns for IBU, and will be required to work with other departments such as Masterdata, Finance & Credit teams to fully resolve.

OneView CRM program will be used to submit customer account set up requests through KNA routing of customer set up process, and will require daily follow up to insure requests are closed timely.

Contact for IBU OneView concerns/resolutions which may include troubleshooting, training & escalation resolution to AKW.

This position will also be required to audit existing customer accounts as needed, be involved in administration of customer portals regarding account set up as well as participate in team projects and/or process improvement initiatives as requested.

Other duties assigned as necessary may include, but not limited to; Dealer programs, quote support, distribution of price books.

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four year college or university preferred; or two years of related experience working with customers; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Supervision Received:

Employee executes workflow in a manner to meet pre-defined work plans or objectives. Routine tasks are performed independently. Occasional circumstances will require communications with supervisor for guidance.

Base Salary

$50,000 - $55,000

Incentive Plan

Karcher Incentive Plan (KIP) up to 10% annual salary
