Robotic Weld Operator

The salary range for this position is $30.00 -$35.00 DOE

This is how you WOW:

  • Must demonstrate proficiency in operating Robotic Arms.
  • Ability to make program adjustments.
  • Ability to setup fixtures and run programs on Robot.
  • Proficient in GMAW and Pulse Spray Arc.
  • Able to properly set different types of welding equipment to weld different material thickness, material types and weld wire size.
  • Ability to read and understand Engineering Drawings.
  • Reads and utilizes measuring tools to ensure quality accuracy of work.
  • Responsible for making the highest quality parts per blueprint(s).

 

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

  • High school education or equivalent.
  • 2 to 4 years of related experience is required.
  • GMAW/TIG welding experience preferred
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possesses good hand-eye coordination.

Work Environment

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and reach with arms and hands.
  • Standing for 8 hours and frequent walking required.
  • The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

 

Physical Demands

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and is frequently exposed to airborne particles.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually high, proper protective equipment is required.
