Program Manager, Finance Shared Services

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 annually. 

This is how you WOW:

• Work with FBS Management and Process Improvement to deploy strong leadership, best practices, research, support, and training in the new Shared Services Center that aligns with or exceeds the results and practices of Karcher North America.
• Assist with developing the annual budget and monthly forecasting and budget and forecasting presentations as needed.
• Review and support monthly and ad hoc reporting of productivity. Provide recommendations related to process improvements for each financial team.
• Review and analyze key performance measurements and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Represent finance on cross-functional projects and initiatives. Enhance and/or develop, implement, and enforce company policy via systems that improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the company.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or a related degree is required.
• 5+ years of project or program management experience required including managing processes/people.
• 5+ years of leadership experience within a shared service environment.
• Large international or multi-site business preferred.
• Previous SAP and manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 25% (International).
