Process Improvement Manager

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $115,000 annually.

  • Lead and manage process improvement initiatives across all departments, working closely with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Utilize project management methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor process improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, utilizing various tools and techniques to gather and interpret relevant data.
  • Provide guidance and support to teams in the implementation of process improvements, including training, change management, and ongoing monitoring and evaluation.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reports to track the progress, effectiveness, and impact of process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align process improvement efforts with organizational goals and objectives, ensuring strategic alignment and driving continuous improvement culture throughout the company.

 

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, project management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles within finance and financial projects or programs.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing process improvement initiatives.
