PURPOSE
As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for account development and management and calling on Corporate Accounts to identify and prioritize our best opportunities.  Offer creative solution packages for the cleaning needs of Corporate Accounts and work in cooperation with our Target Group Director and EVP and dealers as needed.  Identify and pursue the most profitable growth opportunities and market segments while working with the Senior VP to establish pricing.

 

GENERAL ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for managing National Account relationships within TG, with a focus on direct and dealer sales strategy
  • Determine strategic value in developing into Key Account
  • Accountable for Revenue, Gross Margin, and growth
  • Prepare and negotiate national agreements, focused on a solution selling approach with equipment, chemicals, parts, and service
  • Engage and support opportunities with regional BDMs, RSMs & IRSMs
  • Provide product and process training to customers
  • Recommend and implement targeted marketing and promotion programs and actively participate in the planning and evaluation process with marketing management to develop effective promotion activity within assigned markets.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS
Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience 
     

 

Experience

  • 3-5 years of work experience in related field and industry
  • Excellent knowledge of sale analysis and metrics

Base Salary

$100,000 - $12 0,000 DOE

 

 

Incentive Plan

Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) - up to 35%
