National Account Manager

The salary range for this position is $95,000 and $110,000 annually with a 35% bonus opportunity under the Sales Incentive Plan

For consideration candidates must live in a major city on the east coast to have the ability to travel

This is how you WOW:

  • Responsible for managing National Account relationships within TG, with focus on direct sales strategy
  • Determine strategic value in developing into Key Account
  • Accountable for Revenue, Gross Margin, and growth
  • Prepare and negotiate national agreements, focused on solution selling approach with equipment, chemicals, parts, and service
  • Engage and support opportunities with regional BDMs, RSMs & IRSMs
  • Provide product and process training to customers
  • Recommend and implement targeted marketing and promotion programs and actively participate in the planning and evaluation process with marketing management to develop effective promotion activity within assigned markets.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

  • 3-5 years of work experience as a national account manager
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience
  • Excellent knowledge of sale analysis and metrics
  • Detail oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with colleagues, start-ups and other partners
  • Demonstrates a high level of people orientation and respect towards others
  • Informs others in time and in a comprehensive and understandable manner.
  • Looks for new challenges and development opportunities
