The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 annually with a 35% bonus opportunity under the Sales Incentive Plan

The KIRA Deployment Specialist is a hands-on, field-based expert responsible for the
successful installation, configuration, and ongoing support of Kärcher KIRA
autonomous cleaning robots at customer sites. You will serve as the primary technical
point of contact for clients during the pre-deployment, deployment, and initial
post-deployment phases, ensuring seamless integration of the autonomous cleaning
solution into the customer's operations. This role requires strong technical aptitude,
exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to train customers effectively on the
operation and maintenance of the KIRA robot fleet.
This is how you WOW:
- Deployment and Installation: Travel to customer locations to perform site assessments, install KIRA robots, and configure the autonomous cleaning plans
- KIRA Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for customer staff on KIRA operation, route mapping, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Customer Support: Provide expert technical support to customers during and after deployment, proactively identifying and resolving any issues related to KIRA performance, navigation, or software.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor KIRA performance metrics via the KIRA web portal and app, generating cleaning reports, and providing analytical insights to both customers and internal teams.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Perform hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting, including basic repairs and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Documentation and Feedback: Document all deployment activities, troubleshooting steps, and customer feedback. Communicate insights and potential product improvements to the engineering and product development teams.
- Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and technical support, to manage deployment schedules and resolve complex issues.
- Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the KIRA product line, software updates, and autonomous cleaning best practices.
- Travel Management: Manage all travel logistics and expenses in compliance with company policies, which includes significant travel throughout the assigned territory.
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing, field-based technical role, such as
- field service engineering, technical support, or robotics deployment.
- Demonstrated experience working with and troubleshooting complex hardware
- and software systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain
- technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to identifying and
- resolving issues.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced
- Environment
- Proficiency with modern technology, software, and mobile applications.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
- Hold a valid driver's license and passport.
- Experience with robotic deployments or industrial equipment is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Background in technical training or customer onboarding.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and site readiness assessments.
- Experience using CRM and documentation tools
