Purpose
The Inside Sales Representative II role will be responsible for the assigned region of the country; this position's duties include selling and introducing products to established clients, prospecting for new business, building quotations on standard products, writing orders, and communicating pertinent information to customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Make a preset number of calls per day to current customer base.
- Strong closing skills.
- Participate in training sessions, meetings, skill building and professional development classes.
- Collaborate/Coordinate with Sales Director to determine essential strategic approaches for sales.
- Outbound and inbound account management.
- Attending sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts; reporting on market situation.
- Handling cancellations or changes in sales orders and communicating the changes with the related departments.
- Coordinating with the customer service & operations departments on open orders to ensure the delivery commitment to clients is met.
- Providing effective product recommendations for the resellers.
- Emphasizing service and product features/benefits, discussing credit terms, and quoting prices.
- Capturing of accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
- Provide technical help in product selection and recommendations.
- Monthly reporting of sales results, prospects/pipeline, and market conditions to the Sales Director.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Associate degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Experience
- Previous Inside Sales support experience with a track record of success.
- Demonstrated experience working closely with operations support teams and Customer Service.
- Demonstrated career advancement based upon performance.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
- Appropriate product knowledge within the professional pressure washer industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly proficient level computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent customer relationship skills in developing trust and loyalty with our customer base.
- Demonstrated solution oriented approach to supporting the Sales Team and Customers.
- Ability to adapt to stretch goals and continuous improvement company culture.
- Excellent telephone sales personality skills.
- Should be expert in CRM usage.
- Prominent organization and presentation skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Highly energetic and self-starter.
- Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.
- Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities.
- Should be honest, assertive and systematic.
Language Skills
Fluency in English required, which includes excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Mathematical Skills
Have the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide two digit numbers and to multiply with 10’s and 100’s.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Occasionally lifts up to 30 pounds or carries, and balances while working in the office environment and frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is based in a typical office environment with a computer. This position may be required to make regular visits to manufacturing and distribution facilities.

Base Salary $55,000 - $65,000
Incentive Plan Sales & Product Management & Service & Retail Incentive Plan (SMIP) - up to 25%
